In my discussion with Dr. Smith we discussed the idea of using short video responses to specific questions as a good format for this site. He agreed to be the first to respond to our first discussion questions “What is Human Nature?” and “Why is it important?”. The responses will be short so they won’t go into a lot of depth in terms of supporting evidence but are intended to capture the most important ideas and refer the viewer to more in depth resources such as a book or articles that we can link to. So the videos will help promote the work they are doing but also provide a point of perspective and discussion for our viewers. The other idea that came out of the conversation was to ask the contributor to recommend one or two others to follow.  I am excited to see how these ideas will work!
